JoyDay Sundays are appointments with Chiara and the Nuovi Orizzonti family to explore some fundamental dimensions of our humanity: identifying the purpose of life, giving meaning to everyday life, maintaining inner peace, and healing the wounds of the heart.

The goal is to provide concrete tools for deep self-knowledge and to bring out the wonder within us, that divine spark imprinted in our soul, to make it shine in all its beauty and live every moment of our lives to the fullest!

The program, available both in person and online, includes training with Chiara and moments of discussion in Sharing Groups.

It will be possible to begin a journey of self-discovery through practical exercises: a true human and spiritual training ground where, aided by other life stories, we can strive for greater authenticity and fulfillment.
